I had sent an email to customer service because I cannot get the clasps to work on either piece I purchased. And I asked for assistance for it because initially I wanted to rerun them for full refund and you all told me it would have to be for store credit. I never received a response to my email for help for “how” to get the clasps to work. I bought them for my upcoming family vacation and needless to say, I am disappointed I won’t be able to wear them.

It is beautiful! I love the look and it lays great on my neck. My only feedback is I personally find the clasp hard to use when putting the necklace on. Once it is on it stays on great.
