When Will My Order Be Shipped? We are working as fast as possible to get your order out to you. As a small independent family run business our shipping times are between 5 to 10 business days, custom/personalized orders ship within 4 to 6 weeks.
Can I Combine Shipping if I Have Multiple Open Orders? We are more than happy to try to accommodate and save you money on shipping. Combined shipping will only be offered to orders placed within 24 hours of each other. Please email us at email@example.com to combine your orders!
Do I have to be home when my Moissanite order is being delivered? Yes, a signature is required upon delivery.

What Is Your Return Policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the item within 10 business days of receiving it by filling out the return card that came in your package.
Should I Send My Return Without Emailing Customer Service?
All returns and exchanges must be authorized by KC customer service and returned in original packaging with return card or they will not be processed.
Can I Return My Moissanite Jewelry?
All Moissanite jewelry is non refundable and can only be exchanged for different sizes in the 10 day window. Any damaged moissanite pieces will be replaced up to one year after receiving.
Can I Return My 60% Off Gone for Good Collection?
Our 60% Off Gone For Good Collection is non refundable.
Can I Return My Personalized Pieces?
All personalized pieces are non refundable. If there is an error please follow the exchange process and we will make it right!
Can I Return a Bundled Look?
All bundled looks are non refundable.
Can I return damaged items?
There is a 6 month window for damaged returns, please email us with photos. Moissanite purchases are covered for up to a year.
Can I return my order from a Live sale?
At this time we do not accept returns from items purchased on any lives. They are deeply discounted.

Do You Offer Gift Cards? If you're like me you sometimes have trouble picking out a gift for someone special in your life. We at KC Chic Designs know that the struggle can be real and are happy to announce that we now have gift cards available. They can be purchased in values of $25, $50, $75 or $100 and sent to any valid email. The individual who receives the email will find a code inside for the value purchased redeemable on our website.
Can I Cancel or Edit My Order? Unfortunately we can not edit orders once they are completed on our site. Any order requiring adjustments will be canceled and payment will be refunded so the correct item can be purchased. Any orders made in error must be canceled within 24 hours.
