Returns - If you are not completely satisfied with your KC Chic Designs purchase you may return the item within 5 business days of receiving it for a refund, items returned beyond the period of 5 business days will receive  store credit. Please contact us at CustomerService@KCChicDesigns.com to initiate a return. Item must be in its' original unused condition. Any items damaged within 6 months of receival can be returned for replacement. All Moissanite items damaged can be returned for a replacement for up to a year after receival, Moissanite pieces are non-refundable. Shipping costs on returns are not refunded in lieu of restocking fees. Cancellation of any order must be requested within 24 Hrs of purchase in order to receive a refund. Any item sent back for exchange will be issued a store credit for the cost of said item. We do not reship items for exchange.  

All Moissanite items, custom pieces, items in the Semi-Annual Sale Collection / Special Looks Collections as well as purchases made on Live hosted sales are final and not eligible for return or refund, if those items are returned a store credit will be issued in lieu of a refund.  

If the customer purchased the incorrect color or size of an item they can return said item for a store credit, please email us CustomerService@KCChicDesigns.com to initiate return.
