Christmas in July began at a camp for young ladies called Keystone Camp in Brevard, N.C. in 1933. The very first one included carolers, a Christmas Tree, Santa Claus, presents, and fake cotton snow. Over time the mid-year celebration evolved to include elves, reindeer, Mrs. Claus, campers leaving laundry bags outside of their cabin doors to be filled overnight with candy and a camp-wide gift exchange.
In honor of the awesome tradition started by camp co-founder Fannie Holt, KC Chic will be having our very own "Christmas in July" starting this Saturday July 17th thru to "Black Friday" on July 23rd. Each day will feature a new savings opportunity.
We will be announcing each day's deals via our social media as well as email alerts. Stay tuned and Happy Holidays!!!
